Club Officers:


The officers of this organization shall be defined as
Elective Officers and Appointee Officers.


Article 1;
President: It shall be the duty of the president to preside at all regular meetings of the organization. Preside over the Executive Board (however, the president shall have no vote unless they are equally divided/tied). Appoint all committees by vote of the membership and in accordance with this Constitution and Bylaws. Shall have general supervision of this organization; appoint a successor to vacancies on committees and perform such other duties required for the best interest of this organization. The president shall abstain from voting in all club votes except for election of officers or in the event of a tie requiring a membership vote. At all times the president shall remain impartial with a primary focus of promoting interest in each members club life and activities.

Article 2;
Vice-President: It shall be the duty of the vice-president to assist the president in her duties and to officiate for the president in her absence. Act as the director presiding over the activities committee and present findings at regular club meetings. It shall be the vice-presidents duty to read minutes of last meeting at regular meetings. At all times the vice-president shall remain impartial with a primary focus on promoting interest in each members club life and activities.

Article 3;
It shall be the duty of the secretary/treasurer to keep the minutes of each meeting. Keep up-to-date mailing list of members names/phone numbers and e-mail listing. Call the roll at each meeting and keep an accurate record of attendance of each member. Perform such other duties required in the best interest of the office of secretary /treasurer and of this organization. At the end of the term of office all reports and pertinent information shall be returned to that office in well organized condition. At all times the secretary/treasurer shall remain impartial with a primary focus on promoting interest in each members club life and activities.

Article 4;
Monitor of Laws shall monitor all club activities to conform to the clubs constitution and bylaws. At each club meeting the call to order and introduction of president will be made by the Monitor of Laws. It is the duty of the Monitor of Laws to remain impartial in all club manners. The duty shall be to the position of office and clubs constitution/bylaws. Actions taken will correspond appropriately and not at the directive of any officers or club members exceeding this office. A primary duty is to encourage interest in each members club life and activities.

Article 5;
A honorary member will be selected by active honorary members to provide input to the executive board. The position does not hold vote status, but an advisory status to the executive members and voice honorary members concerns.
