Constitution:
article 1
This club shall be known as the CHROME ANGELS.
article 2
Active members shall be riders of motorcycles. Honorary members shall be any other persons as the club may decide by a two-thirds vote of those members present at any regular meeting as to the honor. Only active members in good standing shall be entitled to vote in club affairs.
article 3
All elective officers shall be filled at an annual election to be held on the first Tuesday of February of each year and all officers shall hold office for one year or until their successors are elected.
article 4
A majority of the club officers and a simple majority of active members present for regular meetings shall constitute a quorum for transaction of club business.
article 5
The constitution may be amended or added to, providing the proposed amendment is submitted in writing at a regular meeting. It shall then be advertised for four (4) weeks and voted on at the next meeting. A two-thirds vote of all active members in good standing shall be required to pass an amendment.
article 6
Voting during club elections will be made by secret written ballot by each member in good standing. Absentee ballots must be requested in advance and completed ballots received by the club secretary 24 hours prior to the start of the business meeting. Absentee ballots must be verified by the club secretary in such a way to preserve the anonymity of the vote. The Activities committee will supervise the elections and make the results known to the Executive Board.

The executive board members shall be; President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and a Honorary Member.
article 8
All amendments to the constitution will require a two-thirds pass vote of active club members. No bylaw shall succeed a constitutional article.
article 9
Bylaws are to provide club guidelines for club operations. These guidelines shall be specific . Any interpretation found to be in question shall be brought before the executive board for resolution and the conclusion put before active club members as an amendment as required
article 10
Club officers shall hold themselves to a standard that promotes non-bias in all club affairs. Interaction with all members regardless of club status is mandatory. Behavior by officers shall always reflect the principal that each member is of equal importance and that a democratic process shall be maintained. The position of officer is a honor granted by club members to individuals found to support the clubs mission statement.
