Executive Board:
Article 1; Members of the board shall be the president, vice-president, secretary/ treasurer and honorary member.
Article 2; All motions brought before the club floor that changes the bylaws or interpretation of the constitution, will be evaluated by the executive board. An perspective opinion will be offered at the following club meeting before a call for a membership vote. The percentage vote rule is to be followed relating to bylaws and the constitution.
Article 3; The executive board is responsible for the routine management of club affairs and executor of club bylaws.
Article 4; All applications for membership shall be processed through the executive board with a report to the board from the prospects sponsors. A report from the activities committee shall present an accounting of the applicants frequency and attitude at club events. A summary report shall be prepared and presented by the board at the applicants acceptance motion for membership vote.
Article 5; It shall be the executive boards responsibility to act as public relations officers and compile all letters, printed literature, newspaper articles that correspond to the activities of the organization. The board shall observe for community opportunities which members can participate that could produce positive press towards this organization and its mission statement . Following a motion for continuance the board shall act as the clubs agents in the logistics of the activity with the authority to commit club support.
Article 6; The executive board shall act as mediator in all club matters that pertain to members interacting with each other in a disruptive manner that lowers club moral or produces a negative sense of camaraderie. The board will only act within the guidelines of the constitution and bylaws. At no time shall the executive board presume right or wrong. A perspective report shall be drawn by the board using club guidelines and the report given to all involved for clarification and hopeful resolution. If this intervention is unsuccessful. The report shall be brought before the club for possible initiation of impeachment/ revocation bylaws. At all times board members are to remain impartial.
Article 7; The executive board shall oversee the activities of all appointed committees and request knowledge of ongoing progress. The board shall compile a perspective report for club meetings and ask committee leaders to clarify on specifics to members.
