Activities Committee:
The activities committee shall be responsible for ascertaining events that will provide members with the broadest opportunity to experience the motorcycling lifestyles.
Article 1;
The president shall request volunteers for specific tasks and choice a committee leader to oversee and report progress at club meetings.
Article 2;
Members of committees can hold the status of active or honorary membership. At the presidents discretion a club officer may be appointed to chair the committee to allow direct contact between the executive board and the activity committee.
Article 3;
Each committee will be given specific directives and obtainable goals with time lines to promote completion in a timely manner.
Article 4;
The president will execute appointments on the basis of the committee leaders ability to lead and knowledge/skills/benefits that would pertain directly to the task.
Article 5;
The executive board may direct committees to continue to pursue/ or discontinue activities at any time circumstances arise that changes the original goals.
Article 6;
The activities committee leader is responsible to brief the executive board members before reporting the findings at the club meetings as to progress of obtaining goals.
